Erborian challenge in the USA:

Erborian brand, part of L’Occitane group, has started its e-commerce presence in the USA a few years ago but never found the right recipe to accelerate its online sales. The brand needed to improve and develop its digital presence at 360° in order to deliver a new online user experience throughout its digital ecosystem. Struggling with a legacy platform that the brand couldn’t change, Vanguard Hub helped Erborian to define a complete new digital strategy for the US market optimizing the legacy systems and initiating a series of new and innovative activities focused on delivering quick ROI whilst building the brand equity for a sustainable business development on this very competitive market.

In addition, a big part of the process was to raise the level of digital expertise of Erborian team internally for the brand to be able to control its own digital destiny in the mid-term.
